To respond more comprehensively to client requirements, such as those related to transparency and those involving inquiries from water consumers, Smart Cities implemented the easy-to-use and friendly Client Panel module for the Smart Aqua system on April 11, 2016.
The Client Panel:
- facilitates communication with clients (invoices, letters);
- strengthens the sense of confidence in clients;
- reduces the number of client complaints (owing to on-line preview of consumption);
- improves client service performance.
